jjj1 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing, registering on, or using the jjj1 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jjj1's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jjj1 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, or representations, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

To register and maintain an account on jjj1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are registering under your own true and accurate identity. Registering on behalf of another person, or using a false identity, is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from jjj1 or any affiliated gaming platform, whether by self-exclusion request or by Platform decision.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of jjj1, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party.

jjj1 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to proof of address, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence materials. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on jjj1 at any given time. The creation or maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your jjj1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes;
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you;
• Immediately notifying jjj1 of any unauthorised access to or suspected compromise of your account.

jjj1 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jjj1 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jjj1 support immediately.

jjj1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, system manipulation, or any other violation of these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where such action is warranted by the severity of the suspected violation.

jjj1 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20), HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jjj1's discretion from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on jjj1:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the jjj1 cashier at the time of deposit.
• jjj1 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are the responsibility of the depositing Player and are not reimbursed by jjj1.
• Cryptocurrency deposit amounts are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. Exchange rate fluctuations between initiation and confirmation are the Player's risk.
• jjj1 reserves the right to reverse a deposit where there is reasonable suspicion that the funds originate from fraudulent, criminal, or third-party sources.

Withdrawal of funds from your jjj1 account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require a fully verified KYC status on your jjj1 account. KYC must be completed using a valid, government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport). Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts with incomplete or pending KYC.
• Method Matching: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 8–15 minutes of approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (Bitcoin and USDT) are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold cannot be processed.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

jjj1 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, including requests for proof of address, source of funds, or source of wealth documentation. Withdrawal processing may be paused during the course of such checks without constituting a refusal.

jjj1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined in their respective promotion pages, in addition to these general bonus terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) equivalent. Where a deposit is made in cryptocurrency, the bonus is calculated based on the PKR value of the deposit at the time of confirmation.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of the bonus validity period result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
• jjj1 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including evidence of bonus abuse, suspected collusion, or technical errors.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time unless jjj1 expressly specifies otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Players who opt out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions, but promotions remain accessible via the Bonus Centre in their account dashboard.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the jjj1 Platform:

• All casino games offered on jjj1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by jjj1 or any third party.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error during a game round, jjj1's decision regarding the outcome of that round is final and binding, subject to jjj1's dispute resolution process.
• Wagers placed using Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds in the same game round are processed according to jjj1's internal balance priority rules, which are applied automatically by the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all games and are displayed within the game interface. jjj1 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules regarding settlement, void bets, and in-play markets. These rules are accessible within the Sports section of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjj1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a jjj1 account;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Creating or operating multiple jjj1 accounts;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals following successful wagers;
• Attempting to access or modify jjj1's backend systems, databases, or source code.

jjj1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that gambling can be harmful when it is not managed responsibly, and we have invested in a comprehensive suite of player protection tools to support healthy gaming habits.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jjj1 Players via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Reality Checks: Automated notifications that display your net gaming activity over a defined session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of your account. During a self-exclusion period, jjj1 will not accept deposits or allow access to gaming functionality. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration.

All content on the jjj1 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game designs, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jjj1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any Platform content;
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any Platform software;
• The right to use jjj1's trademarks, logos, or brand identity in any commercial or non-commercial context without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of jjj1's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law. jjj1 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjj1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or errors in game outcomes caused by circumstances outside jjj1's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where jjj1 has fulfilled its security obligations;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains errors or omissions.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, jjj1's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes jjj1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

jjj1 reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the Platform and/or your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or legal obligation requiring such action;
• Discontinuation of jjj1's services in a particular market or jurisdiction.

Upon termination of your account, jjj1 will return any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your account via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding AML checks. Bonus funds and winnings under active wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting jjj1 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any active self-exclusion periods will not be waived upon voluntary closure.

jjj1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on their account, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where:

• The amendment is required urgently to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation; or
• The amendment is minor, administrative, or does not materially affect Player rights.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at jjj1.club/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming license standards and the applicable laws under which jjj1 holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between you and jjj1 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Internal Complaint: You must first submit a formal complaint to jjj1's customer support team. jjj1 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with jjj1's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose license jjj1 operates.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): jjj1 supports resolution through independent ADR mechanisms where available under the applicable licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from pursuing legal remedies available to you under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
